Returns & Refund Policy

By placing an order through  you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to domestic USA countries.


At LBNY SKIN® (LIMITLESS BEAUTY "N" YOU), we respect and value every customer. Your trust is important to us and we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are glad to accept returns. Due to the FDA guidelines and the COVID-19 PANDEMIC we will not accept opened products. However, we will accept returns on sellable unopened sealed merchandise for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

Returning By Mail

Ship eligible returns prepaid and insured, and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed to: Limitless Beauty "N" You, LLC 20180 Park Row Dr. #6493 Katy, Tx 77491.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, sealed, and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.It is our policy to only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sellable items. You can contact us at When returning products, please include the full name associated with the order, order and/or reference number, and products to be returned or exchanged (if any). LBNY SKIN® (LIMITLESS BEAUTY "N" YOU), does not provide return shipping labels; products will be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Return/exchange shipping costs will not be refunded. Once we receive the returned/exchanged package, a Customer Experience Representative will reach out to you within 24 - 48 hours via email regarding all refund and store credit procedures, subject to compliance with our return policy. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 20180 Park Row, #6493, Katy TX 77491, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
