This policy applies to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A.  Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at info@limitlessbeautynyou.com 

B. Cancellations: There are no cancellations allowed. See refund & exchange policy for further information.

C. Parcels Damaged In Transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Shipping Policy

Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the 50 states of the United States of America. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped

Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS and USPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.

Shipping charges are based upon the shipment option you select at Checkout. The following shipping options are available. Not all shipping methods are available in all geographic areas, see www.usps.com or www.ups.com for details:

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

LBNY SKIN® (LIMITLESS BEAUTY "N" YOU) offers free Shipping for Domestic Orders over $50.00.

      Shipping rates & delivery estimates depends on products delivery location.

  • International Shipping Policy - We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
  • Domestic and expedited shipping costs. Standard Domestic Orders (U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories) are shipped USPS or UPS and are shipped to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories). You will have several shipping options to choose from at check-out
  • Economy (Standard) Shipping When in Stock can take up to (3-4 days $8.95) - We will send the tracking number to the email address you provide in your order. However, once items are shipped from our location and tracking number is provided, Limitless Beauty "N" You are no longer responsible for your order. Items in your order will not be refunded or replaced if shipment is damaged or does not end up in buyer's possession.
  • Priority (Express) Shipping When in Stock can take up to (1-2 days $16.95) - Orders are shipped via UPS for next day delivery and are shipped to addresses within the United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Boxes). Orders must be placed by 1:30PM ET in order to arrive the next business day. These orders will be trackable by UPS. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next working business day. Order placed on Friday by 1:30PM ET will be processed for Monday delivery.

We will send the tracking number to the email address you provide in your order. However once items are shipped from our location and tracking number is provided, LBNY SKIN® (LIMITLESS BEAUTY "N" YOU),  are no longer responsible for your order. Items in your order will not be refunded or replaced if shipment is damaged or does not end up in buyer's possession.

Of Loss - All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
